Our story
From chapter to independent association
Following the disbanding of the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers chapters, members of the Mid-Western OAPSO Chapter met on October 15, 2024 and voted to form the Mid Western By-law & Standards Association.
MWBSA held its first meeting on April 15, 2025. Members elected the inaugural Board of Directors and established a new home for regional connection, practical learning and shared professional standards. Today, the Association welcomes officers from a broad range of municipal enforcement disciplines.
